Retreat Sample Itinerary
The retreat begins at 5pm on Friday giving you time to settle in before the first class at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 7.30pm. The retreat ends at 2pm on Sunday when you should leave for home reset, rebalanced and recharged. A finalised itinerary once you have booked.
Arrivals – Sit back and relax with a healthy drink and snuggle down in your inviting room and meet the group
Evening Pilates with a gentle workout to easing you into your healing weekend.
Relax, stretch and meditate, easing you into a deep relaxation to set you up for an incredible night’s sleep
Cleansing Juice and protein snack (granola and fruit available)
Morning Pilates to start to the day with a controlled mindfulness and relaxation to set you up for the day
11am – 5.30pm
Free time for walking, exploring, reading or a therapeutic treatment.
Life Coaching workshop
5.30pm – 7.00pm
Evening Pilates with Yoga – strength and balance into strong invigorating poses, ending with deep, long held stretches bringing deep rest to the mind & nervous system & lasting structural change to the body.
A calming & healing Guided Meditation
Pre-Pilates tea/coffee/juice or protein snack (granola and fruit available)
Mobilise and strengthen, the whole body, soothing the mind and peeling away any remaining layers of stress. Pranayama and Relaxation
11am – 1pm
Free time for walking, exploring, reading or a massage
