Step into a blissful, luxurious wellness retreat, within the Peak Districts National Park in Hope Valley at The Cattle Shed. This is the  perfect venue for a long weekend of respite and self care.   Providing 10 sumptuous en-suite bedrooms. All of which can be a double or twin with the opportunity for single occupancy. 

If you wish to come on your own and share then you will be allocated with another single traveler.  Unless you find a willing friend to join you.

This is the perfect retreat for those looking for a complete digital detox (don’t worry there is wi-fi but preferably no phones unless taking pictures) to help us get away from the frenetic lifestyles.

A retreat for 3 nights / 4 days of rest and relaxation with a focus on health and well-being. 

Your wonderful chef Bex from the Mindful Kitchen, will cook from an ayurvedic perspective, using food that is in season, healthy and nutritious.  Please read her glowing testimonials including one from The Black Eyed Peas.

Included in your retreat:

Mindfulness Pilates, stretch and relaxation classes. with a sprinkling of yoga.  Perfect for all levels. There will be 7 classes in total.

All meals including a pre breakfast shot of ginger and lemon and a protein snack. 

A health and well being workshop.  

A beautiful mindful walk on the last day along the rambling hills to enhance your well-being and set you up for your journey home. 

Your retreat will provide plenty of time to relax or enjoy a treatment, or take yourself off for a long walk in the hills.

Enjoy an online cookery lesson with Bex for when you get home. You will also receive a pack with her recipes from the delicious food cooked on your retreat.

This is a beautiful healing retreat with a physiotherapist and life coach. A weekend of love and kindness, helping you to understand how to get the best from your bodies. Eating healthy nutritious food and enjoying a weekend of rest and relaxation with like minded people. 

There will also be a massage therapist. Plus treatments such as myofascial release and acupuncture to help calm the nervous system and induce a good nights sleep.

Having returned from Donna’s 2023 retreat in the Peak District I can honestly say that I feel like a new woman!

Donna had thought of every little detail to make the whole retreat so special and welcoming for everyone.

The location was one of such amazing beauty and the accommodation was warm, stylish, homely and comfortable with absolutely stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

The food was out of this world, Bex is an incredibly talented chef with healthy vegan food that was beyond tasty!

Natalie provided us with amazing massages to promote further relaxation and wellbeing.

Donnas classes were outstanding, great for every level with focus on using different props to improve posture and build, stretch or relax our muscles . The meditations and gentle music soothed our souls and lulled us to sleep well at night.

Donna has put so much thought and effort into making this retreat so truly inspiring but also fun and relaxing. Everybody was so lovely and we shared the love and joy xxx

Everything about the weekend was perfect, from the venue and the setting over looking the breath-taking scenery of the Peak District, to Bex’s delicious vegan food, your Pilates classes were focussed with everything so well organised, as well as having a relaxing schedule with the freedom to participate if you wanted to. From walks to emerging yourself in fresh water in the local river, which I avoided only because I thought photos were also a priority! Last but not least, to share this very special experience with the beautiful group of people I was surrounded by is something I will never forget. You are a true legend Donna and thank you again.
