At the beautiful 42 Acres wellbeing retreat in rural Somerset. Step into a blissful, luxurious wellness retreat in this stunning venue within 100’s of acres of secluded woodland in the Somerset Valley.
A retreat perfect for those looking for complete reset and relaxation and a digital detox, with wholesome organic home-grown food, Pilates, Ying Yoga, Meditation and Stretch and Relax classes. Massage, Indian head massage and a Life Coaching Workshop. All classes will take place in a beautiful yurt surrounded by a stunning landscape of pure beauty. This is your weekend to do as you please, you may want to attend all or just a few of the classes, the choice is yours to be made on the day. There will also be a small gift from me which will be given on arrival alongside an affirmation to practice daily during your weekend to help promote a positive mindset.
You will enjoy delicious plant-based meals 3 x day with a detox juice to start the day. There will be plenty of free time to enjoy a hot bamboo massage, Indian head massage or a myofascial release treatment that will help calm your nervous system and help induce a good night’s sleep. You may wish to take a walk in the beautiful surroundings and explore the surrounding nature and woodlands.
Feel your stresses melt away as you fall into the arms of nature and step into this relaxing, indulgent weekend of peace and tranquillity.
Those with no experience of Pilates will be given a group zoom lesson and you will need to have reviewed and practiced some of the exercises prior to attending the weekend. This will help all participants get the most out of the weekend. You will be required to bring your own mat all other equipment is supplied.

The food at 42 Acres is second to none. Expect the highest quality, locally sourced organic and biodynamic foods and ingredients that sustain the health and vitality of our bodies and community. The 42 Acres chefs believe in the restorative and regenerative benefits of meals prepared with care and shared with compassion. They even forage many wild ingredients from the land.
With few exceptions, food is prepared in the 42 Acres kitchen using organic, hand-made ingredients and ferments. Food is sourced from a number of small heritage producers who maintain the highest standards of care and ethics in their operations.
The 42 Acres kitchen chefs are committed to creating meals that are diverse, colourful, flavourful, healthy and satisfying. Nourishment of both body and soul are integral to your stay with them. As such, know that the food you eat will be prepared with love, imagination, care and attention.
Processed foods are avoided (including refined sugar) and only cold-pressed oils and unrefined Atlantic sea salt are used in food preparation. Breads are made from organic sourdoughs (gluten-free options are available as well).
Food is plant-based with local duck eggs optional at breakfast. If you have any further dietary requirements, please let us know at time of booking.
