What this day is about
Menopause isn’t just a physical transition — it affects your energy, mood, confidence, sleep, relationships, and sense of self. This retreat creates space to:
-
Learn what’s happening in your body (in a clear, reassuring way)
-
Ask questions you may not feel comfortable asking elsewhere
-
Share, listen, or simply be — without expectation
-
Rest deeply and reset your nervous system
Whether you’re early in perimenopause, in the thick of menopause, or simply feeling “not quite yourself”, you are welcome here.
